Mike Kelly of KNV served as Investor/Advisor/Chairman to this SaaS startup based on New York City. Kelly partnered with CEO and Founder to grow ColSpace 10X in less than 3 years, and led the company's financing, while working as the company’s principal strategic and operational advisor and non-executive Chairman.

Projects included transforming the mix of business away from services and to a seat model license; structuring and executing the sales effort to sign several of the world’s largest media brands and agencies.

In addition, KNV formed the Board of Directors with professionals from key disciplines, as well as a top level advisory board to help give product feedback and to create leads for new business.

KNV recruited and implemented a finance function/team with clear metrics and accountability and helped structure pricing, go-to-market positioning, and customer success team. KNV also initiated and led discussions with strategic buyer.
