MIKE KELLY
Mike's repeated success in media and tech turn arounds has yielded Billions in increased value for investors. He is a digital trailblazer and has spent 20 years successfully growing digital businesses, including advertising technology. Mike ran AOL’s media business as President, taking revenue from $600 million to over $2 billion, and transforming AOL from a dial-up online service into an advertising technology powerhouse. Subsequently, Mike was the CEO of the Weather Channel, where he repositioned the cable network into a digital data platform adding 1.2 billion to its market value. The digital assets recently sold to IBM for over $2 billion. Most recently, Kelly was an investor and chairman of the board of video ad platform, Unruly, which was acquired by News Corp for 180 million. Kelly is also a non-executive board director at Bankrate (NYSE RATE), which has entered into definitive agreement to be acquired by Red Ventures for $1.4 Billion. Additionally, Kelly served as lead investor and chairman for media planning software company, ColSpace and is a board director at Quantcast as well as an advisor at Celtra.
